Sync Pulse — minimalist timing game
This Privacy Policy explains how Vade Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the mobile application Sync Pulse (the “App”), available on Google Play and, where applicable, the Apple App Store.
Sync Pulse is an offline-first timing game. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a social network or cloud save service tied to your identity. Most game data stays on your device.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We do not operate backend servers that sync this progress to a Vade Apps account. Uninstalling the App or clearing app data may permanently delete this information.
When you buy coins, the Starter Pack, Remove Ads (legacy), or Sync Plus, transactions are handled by:
We receive transaction-related signals needed to unlock content (e.g., product ID, purchase state, subscription status). We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Store operators process payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.

On iOS, before personalized ads where required, the App may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog. Your choice is respected by the system and ad SDK behavior.
Any in-app purchase in Sync Pulse disables interstitial ads for your profile on that device. Rewarded (video) ads may still be available unless you have premium benefits (Starter Pack or Sync Plus), which reduce or remove certain ad-based features.
We do not embed a proprietary analytics SDK that profiles you across apps. However:

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security of users and Vade Apps.
Vade Apps is based in Brazil. Third parties such as Google and Apple may process data in the United States and other countries. Where GDPR requires safeguards, partners typically rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms described in their documentation.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. Because progress is stored locally, you are responsible for securing your device (screen lock, OS updates). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

To exercise rights, email suporte@vadeapps.com with the subject “Privacy Request — Sync Pulse”. We may ask you to verify device ownership (e.g., purchase receipt or app version) before fulfilling deletion requests related to store transactions.
Sync Pulse is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
Parents and guardians should supervise in-app purchases and ad settings on shared devices. Use store parental controls to restrict purchases.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California law. AdMob may use identifiers for advertising; you can limit this via device and Google controls listed in Section 7.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests with written permission.
Under Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Law No. 13.709/2018), you have rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about sharing, and revocation of consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or product changes. The “Effective” date at the top will be revised.
